“Very good”

The best

Property is nice, it looks modern. Wifi was great, smart TV in the living room, AC, nice kitchen and washing machine. Location is also good. The metro station is really close. The staff was really helpful as well.

To be improved

Its on the ground floor, no view (but we knew that). The only downside was a really bad smell from the bathroom. We had to keep the bathroom closed at all times and we had to buy a scented candle to fight it. Its probably hard to do something about it, but it can really surprise you when you enter the appartment for the first time. This maybe spoiled the stay a bit for us.

“Ok stay with good transportation but not worth the money as it had a few drawbacks”

The best

Very easy self check-in with a key box and a code. Super easy to find with video instructions. Modern look of the apartment and location was ok. Had a supermarket on the other side of the street and very close to a metro and bus stop, 2 min walk.

To be improved

The apartment had a lot of bugs and flies flying around. We found 3 cockroaches during our stay and had to use bug spray every day to fight the insects. Luckily the spray was supplied - which was needed. The place is just one room and we referred to it as "the cave" as it only had windows at on end and was rather dark inside. Nice for sleeping but not so nice for chilling. The bathroom was nicely decorated and modern but had a "canal smell" so was not the most pleasant to use. No daily cleaning or service. Overall, considering quality, location and pro's and con's, it was not worth the price.

“Passable”

Great Supermarket 20 metres away. Modern apartment. Comfortable double bed and very clean

To be improved

Area not great. Car parking situation impossible to park. My hire ar was blocked in the first morning and I had to berp the horn. One of the neigh6said that nobody puts on handbrakes and everyone pushes cars forwards and backwards to get out. Very stressful.the apartment had a lot of cockraches which was unpleasant watching tv in the evening. It was also a very hot apartment..even with the air-conditioning on it was hot.

The property was very well decorated, nicely set up and thoughtful designed.

To be improved

You could smell the cleaning products in the space upon arrival so we needed to open the windows to air it out.

“in general, it’s perfect apartments for vacation. there is a cafe in the same building somorning coffee - easy will :)”

The best

metro and bus station in 5 min walk. there are a lot of kitchen staff (even coffee machine, microwave, toaster etc), iron, hair dryer etc, good wifi.

To be improved

lack of towels - for three of us there were only 3 big towels and three small ( that means one is for hands, one for feet and one more), you need to dry you face with the same towel as body
