Great location with easy access to all the sights and transport links. Very clean apartment.

To be improved

We didn’t realise you could not flush toilet paper down the toilet. This wasn’t mentioned in the property details. We would prefer a lock box where you have a code to obtain the key to access the apartment. Using this method you don’t have to wait around for the host to turn up. We would have liked a Welcome folder with instructions for operating the cooker, washing machine and TV.

The review is for the apartment on the ground floor, as it had to be changed last minute. It was very specious and clean. All the amenities we needed were there. Rita was very nice, wrote us recommendations and responded very quickly when we had questions.

To be improved

The window in the bedroom is a bit small, but for a bedroom not a big issue.

The best

I highly recommend this appartment. It's big, clean and comfy. It's equiped with everything you might need for stay. It has a very good location - very close to big shop (Dino) as well as to local bakery. It's also very close to wondefull Parque García Sanabria and Rambla, which is absolute must, while visting Santa Cruz.

To be improved

The only one problem was parking, we needed time to find a parking place. Beside this - everthing was fine!
