Huge noise issues … it needs some rugs or sound insulation…. No furnishings & with the high ceilings there is nothing to insulate the noise. We were 9 people over 60 … we did not turn the TV on … we did not put on any music … we just sat around talking & still received 3 noise complaints …. 1 of the complaints we weren’t even there… went out at 10 & came back at 7pm & back out again at 7.30 for dinner!! Hardly any lamps had bulbs in. The door lock fell apart & someone had to miss an important family dinner as the room was not secure. 1 of the showers was unusable … no one could turn it off Power went off the day we were leaving at 8am …. No elevator …. No water so we all had to be out by 8am

The property had an electronic key and a downloadable app. If internet connection or the app did not work then the electronic key was a problem. I had no access to internet when outside the property because there was a problem with my cell service so I had to make sure I was with someone who could let me in. Conversely, the electronic key access is an excellent feature when you have service.

We have found a room completely drawn by water and the host told us at 8pm to look for an other accomodation by ourselves if we were not satisfied. No help at all before the day after in the afternoon. We haven’t received any excuse or compensation. We were literally sleeping under a continuous cascade of water coming by the ceiling/walls. Neither we had a change of the sheets. Unacceptable. Unpleasant. Not polite at all.

The apartment needs some touch up. Torn curtains. Water damage stains on beds. Broken and unattractive furniture. Only small quantity of shampoo / gel. Old towels provided. Very limited blankets provided. No amenities whatsoever.
