The apartment is very nice and comfortable, well suited, everything that you need is there

To be improved

The walls are extremely thin, and everything can be heard. We arrived during the night, and we spoke for 30 min, and people from another apartment immediately complained. It is not possible to lock the balcony window. The knives are pretty blunt :-) But I believe that it can be repaired, knives as well as the balcony window ;-)

The keys were delivered in an app which was quite convenient. Guests need to make sure that devices are powered. The rooms were small but comfortable.

“UNSAFE: Just stay away from this one”

To be improved

The apartment lacked any security measures. We experienced an incident where approximately €8000 worth of our belongings were stolen due to insecure door locks and the absence of locks on the balcony doors. Adding to the problem, the CCTV cameras in the apartment were non-functional. Despite reporting to the Barcelona police and filing an insurance claim, the accommodation manager has been uncooperative in providing necessary reports or keeping me informed about the progress of the insurance claims from their end.

“Great host and great apartment”

The best

I like the location. It’s close to stations and walking distance from most of the attractions. I liked the digital key, since I travel with a group of 3, we disn’t had to worry who has the key 😊 Apartment has everything that you might need for a couple of days. Beds are comfortable, bathroom as well. Kitchen has all the equipment that you’ll need. Great place!

To be improved

The only thing I didn’t like was that a chair on the balkonu was broken. And we also saw a bug in kitchen on first day. It may be that the bug came through terrace (lot of those in Spain), so I couldn’t really blame the cleaness of the apartment. There were only 2 towels and we booked for 4. Overall maybe a place needs so repolish.
