“Nice and happy moments at the apartment”
The best

The management team was excellent, able to arrange special needs for us. They responded to our difficulties within minutes, amazed at their service. We're on prime prime location of the city, everything is so close and easy to reach.

To be improved

The beds are a little bit saggy.....sleeping quality thus decline.

The best

its location and amenities around within 100 meter was amazing. everything was within walkable distance. spacious rooms and living room.

To be improved

getting keys and process to open the door was very complicated. instruction were sent via message(only on day of arrival so we were flying and we got it only after we landed) which wasn't very clear that one has to get an app to get access to apt. we were stranded for 2 hours at mid night as we couldn't figure out the issue. We had to call them multiple times and then finally someone came to open the door and let us in. Next morning after 10 am it got sorted and could have been a problem if the guy wasn't there to come at 12:30am to come and open the doors.
