The Collection Barcelona - Wonderful 2-bd apart with balcony Plaza Cataluña

We could not get in the first night and had to stay at another hotel Poor maintenance bathroom door would not shut as water famed door and jambs Bathroom sink did not drain Security shutters did not lock Maintenance guys gained access without advising us…big security risk and lack of courtesy Washing machine and dryer did not work

Apt has only one bathroom and beds were not comfy at all

Kitchen needs upgrading, it's falling apart!! Dust under the beds, shower head doesn't stay on the wall, towels are old. While it's a lovely apartment, it's getting tired. Check in process & access are excellent.
