The best

The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Madrid. It has all the basic facilities and I had a very comfortable stay. I would certainly stay there again.

To be improved

There are a number of apartments in the same passage and one could hear guests in the other apartments especially during the night.

The location is fantastic. Friendly staff met us at the door to show us in. The property is clean and spacious with a terrace. Kitchen has everything you need for a short stay.

To be improved

The shower is in need of some minor repairs.

Good location, not too small. Has kitchenette with basic stuff. Changed towels in the middle of the stay. Has A/C. It's not noisy.

To be improved

Smells like tobacco all the time, the balcony is shared unlike what is shown on the pictures. Not enough shampoo and body wash. The phone number given does not work, the check-in was only made possible more than 15 minutes after the hour announced even though we asked for early check-in and the host agreed, so more than 1:15 hours late. The inside door needs to be pulled to open which was not clear.
