The personal attention from the staff is superb.
Great spot away from the stereotypical Ibiza beach culture.
Wonderful stay with personal attention; hope to visit again.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Healthy breakfast served by the pool, good selection of restaurants.
Beautiful pool and garden, great for relaxation.
“A peaceful retreat where everything feels cared for — I left feeling nourished, rested, and grateful.”
The calm atmosphere, beautiful design, and warm, intuitive service. My suite was spacious, serene, and full of thoughtful details. Omar made everything flow with ease — his kindness and calm presence really stood out.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Giri Residence is situated in a charming location, in a lovely village with an occasional local market. The pool area is well-maintained and provides an ideal space for relaxation and sunbathing. It's a tranquil place.
Our stay at Giri Residence in Ibiza was disappointing in several respects. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a receptionist who, despite us being Italian, preferred to speak in Spanish, possibly because she did not seem to speak English. This made communication difficult and contributed to a lack of initial clarity. We checked in around 10:00 PM and were rushed because we had to arrive before 11:00 PM, as we were informed that there is no staff available overnight. It seemed odd for such a facility not to have staff available after 11:00 PM. The lack of initial clarity was also evident in the fact that we were not provided with any details regarding the facilities or available services, and we had to ask for information about breakfast. We were told that breakfast could be consumed indoors or outdoors, but the pool area, which was indicated as an option, was always inaccessible due to rain, despite it raining only one morning. Regarding breakfast, we were faced with limited choices and poorly portioned servings, not living up to the expectations set by the reviews. I asked for yogurt with hazelnuts for two consecutive mornings, but I was served yogurt with muesli each time, probably because hazelnuts were not available. One particularly unpleasant incident occurred when we returned to our room one day at 3:00 PM and found that it had not been cleaned. Half an hour later, without knocking, the receptionist entered and woke us up while we were resting in bed. We left the room irritated by the unauthorized intrusion and by hearing the receptionist laugh without receiving any apology. However, upon our return at 11:00 PM, the room still had not been cleaned, and there was never an apology for the incident or for the room not being cleaned. Although the room was spacious, we noticed a general lack of care, especially in the minibar which seemed poorly stocked and unappealing.
“Fabulous property. Very relaxing atmosphere.”
“Cute hotel with a moldy room”
This is a cute boutique hotel in the heart of San Juan. The interior and small garden & pool area are quaint and there are many great restaurants and beaches nearby.
Unfortunately my room (Jazmin) has a serious mold issue. I didn't notice this on arrival due to heavy use of air refresheners but returning later on at night it was really obvious. You can also see the mold on the wall. There's no night time staff presence at this hotel so I wasn't able to switch rooms either, thankfully it was for one night only but I do find 270 euros per night for a fairly small dark room with mold, to be unreasonable.
