“Nice property but with a few drawbacks”
The best

Top floor location. Elevator (except still required 11 steps to the door). Quiet. Nice skyline view. Nice neighborhood. Clothes washing machine. Dishwasher. Nearby shopping. Very nice, spacious terrace.

To be improved

Were led to believe we could probably have early check-in, or at least leave our luggage in the apartment until ready, but after many communications on day of check-in were told "no". Had to wait over 4 hours in nearby cafe to check in. Minimal hot water for showers (2 persons). No USB charging port - had to use the one on the tv which took very long time. Only 1 dishwasher soap pod. Mattress very soft. Stove vent/light did not work. Refrigerator door dangerously hard to open. No clothes dryer - lucky we had nice weather to dry items outside.

The location. And they let us leave our suitcases before the checking hour.

To be improved

The place was not clean, and was not ready to have a couple for 5 days, we had one towel for each one, and there was one more pillow in the closet, but no pillowcase, We got an answer from the administrator just on the first day, and the other messages were without any answer.
