I had such a fantastic time with the all-inclusive option! Everything was really clean and well taken care of. The daily shows were a highlight for me—the performers were incredibly talented in dance, singing, and acting. I especially loved the clown act, which was a fun nod to Cirque du Soleil; it had me laughing more than anything else! And can we talk about the costumes? They were just amazing!

During my eight-day stay at La Cascada, I encountered an unfortunate issue; the sinks in the men’s bathroom on the left remained completely dry, with no resolution throughout my visit. This simple inconvenience highlighted a larger potential for improvement within the establishment. The culinary offerings present an enticing opportunity for enhancement, as elevating the food quality could significantly enrich the overall guest experience. Additionally, the nightly shows, while entertaining, lacked a sense of unity. They felt more like a collection of disjointed performances rather than a captivating narrative woven with enchanting melodies. Reimagining these shows to create a more immersive and engaging atmosphere, the venue could heighten guest satisfaction and attract outside patrons willing to pay for admission, generating a new revenue stream. Throughout our stay, my companions and I, fluent in Spanish and Italian, often overheard spirited disagreements among the staff in both languages. The smoothies could improve the ratio of fruit/vegetables to make it more palatable.

“Great breakfast and pool - if you enjoy walking it is possible to walk fairly difficult to get a taxi depending on times”

The staff was unfriendly, room was not ready and did not communicate when it was, cost was very high for two nights, they informed us that through booking.com we would be charged when we arrive at check in and I wish we could’ve paid upon our reservation (months ago) - very touristy and busy hotel (loud entertainment till 11:15pm)
