We liked the location as it’s near to the beach and a number of lovely restaurants.

To be improved

There was no coffee, tea we had to buy absolutely everything needed. There wasn’t any human interaction it’s all “automated” and you don’t get any interaction.

“Spacious apartment on a great location”

The best

Excellent location - 15 minutes from a nice and peaceful Nova Icaria beach. It is possible to rent an umbrella for 15 EUR per day on the beach and have beach-bar staff take care that no strangers are in the area with umbrellas. La Rambla is within the walking distance. Spacious apartment on the fourth floor, very clean. Easy access with smart lock. Central air conditioning is great.

To be improved

The furniture is old and the space could be refreshed a bit, especially the matresses.

“Great location, close to the beach as well as central Barcelona. · Cons: We weren’t made aware of the strict quiet hours (22:00–07:00) until online check-in. While we understand the need for consideration, it felt excessive and affected our stay. On the first night, a neighbour shouted at us for quietly chatting on the balcony - we apologised and went inside. The next two nights, security was called even though we were indoors, either in bed or speaking quietly. It felt overly strict and made it difficult to fully enjoy our evenings.”

“A bit dated but well located flat”

The best

The location is pretty good. Supermarket nearby, great brunch place. Easily reachable by public transport. The check-in was smooth with code. The washing machine was not working but maintenance staff came while we were out & fixed it.

To be improved

The flat is having some issues with uneven floor (looks like water damage) and because of this doors don’t close well and make noises. Airco vent have bundle of dust in them. Overall I’m not fan of having to pay a deposit by card on top of booking (I use booking not to deal with that mess). And the registration process is a pain (having to put passport details, address of every guest… only good point is the “ID card scanner” makes it easier)

I was expecting to have basic stuff in the kitchen like salt, oil or sugar. But there was nothing.
