Bidet unusable, takes over an hour to drain. Wash basin drains in about 10 minutes. Property was not clean enough. You cannot call the elevator from floor 2. Soap dispenser in shower was not working, smell of damp,

Noisy at night, no smoke detectors, sinks were slow to drain, external bins not clearly signposted, floors not completely clean

We couldn't find any trays to go inside the oven. No cleaning products, washing up liquid etc so you'd have to buy your own if staying for a longer period.

We booked this property because the score for cleanliness was 9.1 , however both shower heads were nasty and rusty but after we informed the owners they changed it. Still the shower itself was not cleaned properly. There was black mold in both showers and the faucet of the sink also had black mold where the water was running. We bought some cleaning stuff and cleaned the faucet in the main room ourselves. Furthermore the pans were also dirty and the couch could be replaced. The dining table seats could be dry cleaned some of them had stains. I think the managers/owner should check if the housekeepers are doing their jobs properly.
