“We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was very good and we would recommend it as it is a great location.”
The best

The location was great. You could walk everywhere and there were great restaurants and cafes and pastry shops very close by. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean and just as the photos showed it would be. There was a “Mercadona” about 2 minutes walk away and a great bakery/cafe almost right next door.

To be improved

The noise of the street was loud sometimes especially during the late hours when the garbage and recycle trucks came by. The neighbours above the apartment and the neighbour next door on the same floor were loud at late hours as well. I could hear the conversation of the next door neighbour a few nights after midnight. The noise of the street seemed louder than normal, I think, partly because the seal on the one door/window of the corner door in the living room didn’t totally seal properly. We did not open it at all but noticed that the noise was louder in front of the door that faced Alfonso y El Sabio. Other than that, our stay was great!

“Generally apartment is recommended due to space, localization. Needs refreshment before next season.”

Specious apartment, super localization, we asked for baby crib and it was provided. Each room equipped with tv, two specious bathroom. AC functional and working. Kitchen fully equipped.

To be improved

During 2 weeks stay there was no cleaning service, furniture in the kitchen were used and dirty in some places , Skirting boards devastated in the corners - should be replaced, armchair super dirty - impossible to use.

Very spacious and convenient central location.

To be improved

The reception staff decided to let herself in the flat without our consent because she knocked and could hear our voices; she said she had to let someone carry out a 20 minute pipe inspection without us being notified in advance. It ruined our last day as we weren't expecting something like this and it could have scared our children.
