We were really disappointed with our stay at The Olive Boutique & Spa. For a hotel with "spa" in the name and a price of around €268 per night, we expected much more. First, the spa: we booked this hotel because of the spa. But when we asked to use it, we were told it’s only available until 5pm (which was exactly when we checked in) and costs €10 per person. After 5pm, it requires a private booking at €49. When I asked where this information was, since Booking.com said the spa was included, they told us the rules changed in January 2025. None of this was mentioned during booking. The room was also disappointing. The towels had a bad smell, and even after we requested fresh ones and left them in the bathroom, they smelled again the next morning — which makes us think there’s an issue with the bathroom or laundry. There were dead mosquitos with blood on the walls and ceiling, and when we sat on the sofa, my boyfriend got more than 6 new bites, even though we couldn't see any mosquitos flying. To make it worse, the cleaning staff left the balcony door open after cleaning the room, which is unacceptable given the hotel is right next to a field — perfect for more mosquitos and insects to come in. Also, when we arrived, no one helped us with our bags to the room, which was surprising given the type of hotel this claims to be. Finally, the breakfast was really basic. It’s served outside with a fixed menu. You can ask for a coffee and orange juice, and you get a small yogurt with fruit. Then you choose one thing: a piece of toast, a croissant, a chocolate croissant, or bread with ham. That’s it. The staff were friendly, but overall the experience was not what we expected — not in quality, service, or comfort. Definitely not worth the price in our view.

It’s a new small boutique hotel - all facilities are new . Close to the beach . Walking distance to Amante beach club. Walking distance to Cala Llonga. Staff is very friendly and helpful Very good sound isolation . Very comfortable pillows - special thanks for them. Very quiet and nights are very silent . Nice design and chill out area

To be improved

Very small pool - just for kids. Breakfasts are quite limited - just yogurt with granola and sandwiches - no Eggs , no vegetables . Balcony facing nice empty field/ land but there’s a lot of garbage outside of hotel - would be nice to clean it and make the view better !
