Unfortunately when we were there, the lift had just broken down. It wasn’t their fault but that meant we had to walk up 2 storeys

“Wonderful Stay in a Great Location – A Few Small Suggestions”

We stayed in The Orbit Apartments in Barcelona for 5 days and overall had a really positive experience. According to the listing, our apartment included a variety of amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, and the possibility of early check-in. We're happy to say that all of this was accurate and contributed to a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a staff member at the front desk — Carlos (I hope I got his name right!). He was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us detailed information about the apartment as well as many valuable tips about the city, transport options, local food culture, and places to visit. It was one of the warmest welcomes we've ever received when traveling. (: The building itself was great, with a spacious terrace and located just 2-3 minutes' walk from Lesseps metro station. The neighborhood was lovely — safe, well-connected, and full of local charm.

To be improved

While we enjoyed our stay, there are a few small suggestions we believe could enhance the overall guest experience even more: Extra pillows would be appreciated, as the provided ones were a bit too flat. A kitchen towel for drying hands would be useful. A cup or holder for toothbrushes in the bathroom. Hand soap in the kitchen area. A better soap dispenser and higher quality hand soap in the bathroom. Additional pods for the washing machine and dishwasher — if not complimentary, then at least available for purchase. More clothes hangers in the wardrobe. A small bottle of water as a welcome gift upon check-in — especially helpful during the summer heat. (: These are small touches, but they can make a big difference. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this apartment to others visiting Barcelona. We’ll certainly come back if we travel to Barna again.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful! Apartment exceeded expectations, the courtyard garden was massive. And we thought we had two small bedrooms but it turned out it was a 3 bed. And rooms were lovely. Super clean! A little noisy at night, you could hear the scrapping of chairs and noises from other rooms. Took a couple of nights to get used to it. But nothing earplugs won’t fix! Other than that, we had a lovely stay, and it’s so close to the metro station!

Great property connected very well via metro (few mins) to the city centre. A special word for the staff who were very helpful when we ran into some difficulty with one of our train bookings. It's located in a quite corner and still a very short distance from cafes, convenience stores etc.

Lovely flat in a great location, fab to see Parc Guell nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and offered to keep our luggage after leaving. Flat had everything you need for a short stay.
