As we were only booked in there for bed and breakfast the choice of food at breakfast was excellent.

Exceptionally clean, and well presented hotel. Location is excellent, as are the facilities. Food is also excellent with so many choices of each course.

It's a nice enough hotel the breakfast was one of the better breakfast buffets I have had. Staff are pleasant. I do feel it needs a bit of updating especially around the pool this area could be made more attractive.

We basically booked this specific hotel because it said adults only …. Upon arriving in reception to book in my first thought was it attracted an older age clientele…. Hotel was lovely, staff were polite and helpful…. Room was perfect apart from no tea/coffee facilities… breakfast was okay but we found that if you weren’t on an all inclusive you couldn’t buy food as the snacks went off sale at 7pm. Location was quite out the way so if you wanted food you’d have to get a bus at bottom of road. Couldn’t enjoy sunbathing as the flies were to much to bare even the other residents complained and went and sunbathed elsewhere… anyway we asked could we use a speak around pool as the music that was playing wasn’t our type. They said yes at a low volume the next day we had a drink by pool and we were tipsy drunk and maybe the volume was a bit louder but no one complained only 1 woman who stormed over to us and asked us to turn it down in a rude tone which we did so politely to be then started on about our supposed language… we then had a member of staff reinforce the complaint…. I was so shocked I asked for a meeting with the manager…. I spoke to him on the night time and he wasn’t interested in my side of the story he wouldn’t tell me how many complaints were made he basically just said we could leave if we didn’t like it so I asked to speak to somebody higher up which he replied that no one was which I replied saying I’m sure you don’t own the hotel and I walked away like an adult so it didn’t turn into an argument This conversation continued on to booking.com messenger and then we were threatened with having to pay compensation to the hotel if I didn’t back down …. He took thing’s personally for some reason which totally confused me. I apologised for this miscommunication as I didn’t want to disrespect anyone…. He didn’t reply at all. then one night we sat later on at bar and a Spanish couple with their teenage daughter who spoke English… the older woman was playing English music on her phone loudly and my friend was dancing we spoke and laughed for a good hour and no one said anything…. Bit later on my friend had music on her phone playing and was asked to turn it down and complied as we were then basically being bullied over any loud noise we made. Then a couple of guys who were there also came had a drink with us after 5 minutes we were asked to keep our voices down ….. no one else only us were picked out and basically bullied for me complaining…. I asked the manager to show me where it said no speakers etc and all it said was like any hotel no excessive noice or upsetting other residents…. All the other people were asking us why we weren’t having fun in pool and we told them apparently our behaviour was too loud etc and even they agreed we were just having a laugh and enjoying our holiday…. I went to Mojácar with the idea of moving out there eventually and this has totally put me off.

What a wonderful hotel! From reception to restaurant and cleaning staff, everyone was very friendly and ran this hotel very efficiently. The food was very good indeed, no waiting, all food choices were kept very well stocked and there was plenty of choice. The restaurant was kept very clean and tidy, very well run. The rooms were very comfortable, we had a sea view and would recommend. The hotel is in a quiet area, however the bus picks you up just outside and takes to you busier places, just ask at reception for timetable. Pool towels are available from reception, 10€ each deposit, which is refundable and you can change your towel daily. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return.
