“They gave really clear directions and instructions via messaging when my booking was confirmed. When I arrived, I needed help from a staff member but no one was on site. I texted the Whatsapp number they listed and someone responded immediately and got me the assistance I needed. Facilities were extremely clean, the staff member who came was very friendly, and the bed/room were of the nicest quality I have ever seen for a hostel. I hope they have more properties elsewhere I can stay. 10/10 recommend, excellent experience!”

They gave really clear directions and instructions via messaging when my booking was confirmed. When I arrived, I needed help from a staff member but no one was on site. I texted the Whatsapp number they listed and someone responded immediately and got me the assistance I needed. Facilities were extremely clean, the staff member who came was very friendly, and the bed/room were of the nicest quality I have ever seen for a hostel. I hope they have more properties elsewhere I can stay. 10/10 recommend, excellent experience!

“- Check in went smoothly other than the code not working when trying to access the pod itself so I messaged for help and the response was immediate and prompt - Kitchen / common area was clean - The security guard was very friendly and helpful. He checked in with me if I needed taxi when I was waiting for a pre booked taxi in the early house of the morning · Cons: - The automated curtains were annoying - My bed was very uncomfortable, it had a dip in the middle - There was a pungent smell in the pod area - On one night there was a group of obnoxious loud girls who entered the pod room at 2am (not the pod fault but they were very inconsiderate) - Lighting felt unnatural and it was a bit disorientating leaving and entering the pod room to the common area - Only 1 female bathroom containing both shower and toilet in the common area. There was another toilet but you had to enter people's dorms which I didn't do as that is just uncomfortable - The shower water ran cold - Only 1 shower head worked which had low pressure and the rainfall shower head didn't work - On one occasion there was no toilet roll so it was not replaced in a timely manner (mid afternoon is too late for cleaning) Overall I appreciate the concept, but the execution is not great. My least favourite hostel stay unfortunately, especially for the price range for somewhere outside of the centre”

“Clean and comfortable”

The best

I loved this stay. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. The pod was so comfortable and felt a really private trip. It was nice to be able to leave my stuff in a locker. I lost my pass one night and the staff were so responsive and helpful. We also had a blocked toilet one night and they came out at 2am to sort it! So clean, really cosy room.

“Don't recommend for more than 1 night,not secure.”

The best

There was good communication with staff ,they were responsive. Hostel is new and kind of clean,there was laundry facilities and locker for suitcase in separate room from sleeping rooms.

To be improved

1. This hostel has 0 security. I spent there 5 days and they literally have nobody at reception, there is no staff in the hostel except when they come to clean the check out beds. I was in "only female" room and there was huge guy laying in one of the beds one day, he just checked himself and decided to be in bed he has choosen. On my arrival day there was a girl laying and rolling in bed assigned to me because she checked out in the morning and decided to stay all day and roll in someone's bed since there was no staff and nobody to kick her out. On my last day someone stole my running snickers! Who does that?? 2. We were FREEZING there and had to take extra blankets and wear long sleeves and pants while there was 30°C outside. They couldn't regulate AC temperature to normal. 3. In "only female" room with 6 beds any girl can come in and use our bathroom, so people were coming in and out of our room often,sometimes at 3am,which is not acceptable. We paid to be with 6 people, not 16.

The best

It’s clean and quiet. There is laundry to use for free. There is a communal fridge and kettle (though it was gross and required 15 minutes of cleaning before it didn’t pour out milky chunks). The bathroom is spacious and clean, there is good space to sit and eat, and there is a grocery store across the street with very good prices. I feel safe and secure in this space.

To be improved

I asked for a 1:00 pm check in but my check in instructions didn’t arrive prior to getting there and struggling to try to figure out how to get the door to open and messaging asking for some kind of code to enter. Then the message finally came to let me in. Also the bracelet that allows us access had no snap to close. I asked the cleaner if there’s a way to get this. He didn’t know. I ended up taking the clip from another bracelet on another bed so it could attach to my wrist. Also the bed is a memory foam and is good, but the middle is permanently depressed. I solved this by sleeping more on the edge of the mattress for a little more firmness. I found The communication could be better. It often took hours to get back to me, and no one works inside the hostel. I would stay here again though. It’s very clean and quiet and I met lots of interesting people.
