“A perfect mix of comfort, charm, and good vibes - I’d come back in a heartbeat.”
This place? A total gem. Clean and smelled so fresh I half expected a flower shop around the corner. The balcony? Big enough to lose a small person - with sea views that made my morning coffee feel like a luxury retreat. The bathroom was stylish without trying too hard - like that one friend who knows they’re hot but doesn’t need to brag about it. Aircon was a blessing because Tenerife sun doesn’t mess around. The pool? Massive. Not just big - Olympic village-level. I started wondering if we were supposed to be training for something. The host? Lovely and replied faster than I could Google “how do I move here permanently?” Check-in and out was smoother than my coffee routine. Location’s right by the motorway, which made getting around super easy. And the north of Tenerife? Way more chill and authentic than the usual tourist circus. If you see this place available - don’t think, just book. You’ll thank me later.
Loved everything.
“Exceptional”
“Amazing sea view in a tranquil place”
We wanted a spacious apartment with terrace and sea view in a quiet area and we got exactly that. There are some inconveniences to staying in a small town that does not attract tourists (less restaurants and shops), but also advantages - quiet and great view. We loved having relaxed breakfasts on the balcony while admiring the sun rising above the calm sea and listening to parrots singing in the palm trees below. We love the quiet life of the town and the promenade along the black sand beach. A lot of people complain about not finding a parking spot, but even the big gravel parking is not that far away. You come to Tenerife for the hikes, so walking 100-200 meters shouldn't be a problem. And if you really want to complain about parking, go to Los Cristianos on a holiday >:) The apartment is well equipped with all the appliances and tools one might need - big fridge, washing machine (no dryer, but there's a rack), induction stove, oven, kettle, moka pot, drip filter, toaster, microwave, iron and probably other stuff I didn't notice. There are also plenty of power outlets. Check-in and check out are very convenient. We didn't use the pool, but it looked really nice and clean. Fully recommend this place (unless you want to stay in a resort in the South).
Right when we landed, the owner informed us that the previous guests broke the glass of the sliding doors to the terrace on a previous day. For most of our stay, we had one side of the doors sandwiched between cardboard and the outer blinds and for the other side we had to use just the blinds to cover the gap. Maybe this should've warranted us a discount, but I realize it was not the fault of the owner and we managed just fine. We could still use the balcony and our experience was still very good. However, there are some things that could've made it exceptional: - although there are many facilities, some of the most essential were missing. For example, there was only a tiny bit of shower gel, shampoo and soap, all left from previous tourists. I believe all toiletries, spices, coffee, tea and "consumables" are left from other tourists. Also no paper towels. Toiletries should be provided and replenished by the host. There was a beach umbrella and hats, but no beach towels - not mandatory, but would have been nice. That fact that we had only a set of towels for 8 days is unforgivable. There should've been 2 sets so we can wash one of them. And it would've been a nice courtesy to provide at least a bottle of water in the fridge, especially since we were "greeted" with the news of the broken glass doors. Other places even give you a bottle of wine or fruit or snacks. - the second thing that holds this experience from being superb is that the host was a bit pushy to let the repair company replace the glass at 8:30 in the morning, though we agreed they should only come while we were out, NOT in the morning. We refused, but I think we could've really avoided that conversation and go on with the original plan.

“Great place!”
I had a wonderful stay! The view from the window was absolutely stunning, and it made the experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation offered plenty of amenities, which made everything so convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped, so I had everything I needed to prepare meals. Additionally, the communication with the owner was excellent – they were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place!
“comfy apartment with a great terrace and a view”
I honestly loved the location. Even though there was not much to do in the town itself the location was conveniently close to all the sights we wanted to see (assuming you get a car of course). We loved the sunny patio as well as the pool area. The building and the whole area gives nostalgic 90s vibe. The apartment is nicely equipped. Even though it’s a little outdated it still has cozy feel and an amazing view to the ocean.
If you’re planning to cook meals bear in mind that there are cockroaches in the kitchen area, which we were told is a normalcy in Tenerife. I felt that the kitchen area could have been cleaned more thoroughly and some prevention could be used to try to avoid those annoying “guests”.
