THE RIVERSIDE LODGE Cozy and spacious apartment

Spacious apartment, had everything we needed, enough space to leave the bikes inside :)

everything was perfect, I stayed for one week and had to work a couple of days, the location is nice and quite, wifi is good and you have everything you need in the appartement, almost feels like home. it is also convenient if you are with the bike and if you have a car, easy to park on the street nearby. and of course a big thank you to Nicoletta for being very attentive and friendly ☺️

Nicoletta the owner was very easy to communicate with in regards to key collection and leaving our luggage. She went out of her way to ensure that we could check into the apartment early as we arrived in Girona early morning. This was really appreciated as it meant we could relax and go off to explore Girona without our bags in tow! The apartment was in a good location facing the river and an easy 10 min walk into the old or new town, near to all the major sites but also away from the crowds when you want to relax. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly and responsive to questions and queries. We enjoyed the view to the river when sitting at the dining table We enjoyed the shade of the back terrace on a very warm afternoon (no views) We found the main bed comfortable, although the pillows were a little lumpy for my liking (husband fine with them) There are enough kitchen utensils to make a simple meal - an oven dish/tray and or kitchen scissors would be useful. There were only 2 of us in the apartment, so as there are only 4 plates, mugs etc it was fine but might not be enough crockery for 4 people - as no spares in between using/washing them. Nespresso machine and kettle both welcome. Also love that there was enough dishwasher tabs for our stay - it can be inconvenient to have to bring your own when travelling internationally or buy a big box from the supermarket

Great location, clean, stylish and spacious apartment! Had all the equipment we needed and everything was working nicely. Short walk to old town. Short walk to grocery store. Car can be parked on front of the door.
