“Return to an old friend”

The best

Lovely hotel, our 3rd visit. Mainly German clientelle , lovely people. Spotlessly clean , amazing staff , fab position right on the beach. Evening entertainment was poor compared to last visits and evening meal waw a bit hit n miss, but would probably still return on a B/B basis. Thankyou team

“A fantastic hotel with wonderful staff.”

Just back from a weeks all inclusive stay on the first floor in a very clean partial sea view room. The food was very well presented and tasted great. The list of drinks on the AI package was vast and served by wonderful staff. All the workers I encountered had a smile & can do attitude. Made to feel very welcome. Super location at the end of the prom ,20 yards from the beach/sea, so calm & tranquil. What a fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. Very happy to recommend. An hour by coach from airport.

“Fantastic Hotel on the Beach”

The best

Excellent hotel right on a long lovely clean beach that is shallow a long way out .Food high quality and great service in restaurant . Themed nights and excellent choice at both breakfast and dinner . Hotel clean and modern . Had a side sea view room with a balcony . Beach quiet in the early mornings - beautiful for a swim before breakfast and a coffee on the balcony just listening to sound of the sea . At end of main beach shopping / eating area so relatively quiet but lots of shops restaurants and supermarkets within a short walk . Live music some mornings at breakfast and in bar at night .Bus stop outside hotel if you fancy exploring or going to Palma .Pool isn’t big but v clean and worth spending time there and going in the spa area adjacent ( free of charge ) . Had a fantastic stay at this up market hotel on the beach . Fabulous ! Would definitely return .

“Fabulous stay, can't wait to return.”

The best

This hotel is as good as or better than 5* resorts we've been to. The food was amazing and the buffet in the evening is restaurant quality. Every staff member was so friendly, always smiling and efficient. This is how a hotel should be. The food and drinks are amazing, there's attention to detail and everything is top quality. We will definitely come back. The area is lovely, on the beach, fabulous views but quiet and there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars close by. Can't recommend this hotel and it's staff enough. Never have I been as blown away by a hotel or wanted to go back as much.

“Overpriced, hot rooms and rude staff”

The best

Terrible experience from start to finish. Staff refused late check-out, gave attitude when I asked for water, and even denied ice. Rooms were unbearably hot, AC barely worked, and nothing was accommodating. Overpriced and disappointing.

“I was from 28 july to 3 august and I will never go again there.”

The best

I didn’t like anything at the sea hotel, not even the rooms that were so old for a hotel opened in 2016 for the firs time and one day doesn’t have light, one day doesn’t have water, I wouldn’t chose it again.
