“Friendly team, delicious food and convenient location”
The best

I enjoyed the stay at The Social Hub Madrid with my family a lot as we felt very welcomed. The baby cot was arranged prior to our arrival, the team was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, walking distance from some of the must-visit places in the city. The atmosphere was lively, full of events, the restaurant had several vegan options which made it a safe choice with delicious food. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the temperature inside of the room was very nice even though outside was quite cold. I would recommend!

The best

The Social Hub Madrid is an amazing place to meet people with the common working and play spaces. The room was spacious and adequately stocked with the right necessities. Staff was friendly and approachable during check in and throughout my whole stay. Location is also perfect! Opposite the Royal palace, 5mins walk to the Metro Station and 10 mins walk into town. Overall would recommend the place!

“Nice stay”
The best

The hotel’s facilities are very nice and convenient, with everything you might need on site such as breakfast, a restaurant, café, bar, and laundry. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated receiving a satisfaction questionnaire after the first night. Reception also immediately provided free eye masks when requested. However, the room didn’t have enough lighting, especially around the sink, and the fire-safety indicator made the room too bright at night, which was uncomfortable. Adding cupboards or shelves in addition to the wardrobe would also be helpful for storage. Bed is large and confortable. Bedroom and everything were very clean.
