The Social Hub San Sebastián

Worst service. I spent two hours at the desk getting empty promises instead of an actual solution to a problem that wasn’t even on my side (a complete disconnect between them and Airbnb). In the end they basically ripped me off and left me with no options in the middle of the night. Highly not recommended.

This is an awesome place to visit. As a solo traveler the Social Hub has such a welcoming vibe. The staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to help guests and make them feel welcome and at home. The events are a lot of fun! I joined Tardeo, the Sunday morning run and the Wednesday morning yoga class. I cannot wait to go back!

An incredible guest, but noisy. But I understand that it is the guest's responsibility and that hotel staff do not work in a daycare center.

The rooms are spacious, and the accessible bathroom is also very well sized. However, the storage for clothes in the room is insufficient, and in the bathroom there is none at all — which is simply unacceptable. There is nowhere to place a toiletry bag, personal care items, or even a toothbrush. Additionally, there are not enough towel hooks in the bathroom. Breakfast is good, but it would be nice if, besides the artificial scrambled eggs, there were also boiled or fried eggs available. At the restaurant, I had a Caesar salad and a hamburger. Both were tasty, but the portions were rather small. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but I find the room rates too high for what is offered.

Modern, convenient, gym and rooftop pool. Neighbourhood was nice. More buses than expected, too, which were easy to use. Parking also easy, but expensive, like the room. As expected for D./S.S.
