I don’t liked the smell from the master bedroom and the toilet. it was coming from the restaurant on the ground floor and there was no ventilation. the kitchen was full of bugs that circulated throughout the apartment.

I booked this accommodation for a family stay. The entire amount had to be paid upfront, and had I not paid already, I would have canceled this reservation. The communication with the agency was extremely poor and draining. They were incredibly rude and unprofessional, only responding to messages they felt like answering while ignoring others completely. Upon arrival, I noticed that basic necessities were not adequately provided for the group the booking was made for. Furthermore, there were no bed linens for the third bed, and I only received the final set 4 days into our stay. All communication eventually had to go through Booking.com because the agency simply ignored everything. I travel frequently, and I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I am extremely disappointed with how this agency, Madflats, treats its customers. It’s truly outrageous. They charged extra for something that should have been provided upfront. Additionally, the reservation clearly stated that I would receive a free taxi transfer from the airport. That turned out to be a complete lie. The worst part of this entire experience was the blatant abuse of power by the agency, as they took advantage of their position to impose additional costs and provide minimal support. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this accommodation or agency to anyone.
