Generally positive: staff helped with directions, hosted social events and the atmosphere/staff were described as friendly or at least unobtrusive; interactions were helpful in several reviews.

Mixed: excellent ocean views and scenic setting but remote and inconvenient without a car (1 km from main road); access is possible (bus stop nearby) but still a drawback for some guests.

Negative: limited indoor facilities (only one indoor shower noted), lack of lockers/locks, no dedicated dining area, ongoing reconstruction and some run-down elements; kitchen is available but overall amenities are lacking or underdeveloped.

Mixed: some reviews explicitly call accommodations 'cosy, clean and safe', but heavy rain caused mud, sludge and difficult sanitary conditions (staff and cleaner wading through mud), lowering cleanliness impressions.

Generally positive for tents: beds and tents described as very comfortable and spacious (some guests even received an upgrade to a bell tent), though performance suffered in heavy rain and some structural aspects are still in development.

Slightly positive: multiple guests said they loved the stay and would return or wanted to extend, indicating perceived good value despite shortcomings.
