“Extremely over priced, Cancun vibe type of hotel. Cheap and ridiculously overpriced (1k a night) I would not stay here again, checked out the very next day to another hotel. The pros: close to pool party and Hi. Hi is also overrated and not worth it. Anyone can pay to use the resort with a min spending of only 50eur a person. Stay elsewhere, avoid the hotel and their service and just come for the parties. Staff has no clue what’s going on, not a one off incident, all of them. One says they take American Express the other they don’t. One say you can use the wrist band with room key to charge drinks in which they took 500$ deposit for and no they don’t accept it. Restaurant staff you will need to ask for water 4 times. Go to the pool, they will say we ran out of towels. And all food at the pool and beach closed At 6pm. Instead upon my arrival, when I asked about any food I was told room service or order food from outside the hotel for delivery. Lol 5 star hotel. It’s 3 star. Not even close to American hotel standards for a 5 star resort. I’d Hate for this review to be so harsh but really I have nothing good to say.”
