It was new and clean, at a reasonably central location, but not the best neighborhood.

To be improved

It was compulsory to pay a 100euro damage deposit prior to check-in but then It took me more than a month, 2 requests from the property and a complaint to Booking.com to get my deposit back - totally unacceptable!... Also, not sure (don't know Spanish Fire-Code standards) if the property is strictly legal from "fire safety" point of view. There is only one access/egress point in the front and the bedrooms are at the back of the unit with no windows or means of emergency escape in case of fire in the unit, except through the living area/open kitchen. I could not see any fire detectors or fire alarms anywhere in the unit, even at the kitchen/cooking area.
