The location was good. City center.

Excellent location - 100 yards from the cathedral providing excellent access to the city. Room was great and reasonably quiet given such a central location. Quite a small Hotel - I think 27 rooms so boutiquey feel. Nice rooftop space.

A nice boutique hotel located in the center of the old town on a quiet street. I had a premium suite room. - Oversized room with a kitchenette (I didn’t use except the fridge!). - King size comfortable bed. - Breakfast outside on a small terrace with view on the cathedral. - Location: many restaurants and all the visits / activities of the old town at few steps from your hotel! We enjoy the hotel and the lovely town of Valencia.

Lovely staff. Very clean suite exactly as described. Perfect location so close to the cathedral square and most other tourist sites. We had a fantastic stay.

We stayed for a week on a romantic getaway to Valencia, and we honestly couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our first visit to the city.  From the moment we arrived, everything about The Valencia Cabillers impressed us: the staff, the location, and the quality of the hotel apartments.  From the moment we checked in we received excellent customer service from reception;  especially Esther who was exceptional.  Her friendly welcoming approach to every customer interaction is a credit to her and an asset to The Valentia Cabilliers Hotel.  Nothing was too much trouble during our stay, and we were always wished a good day and welcomed back with every daily excursion we took to discover picturesque Valencia.  Our apartment was beautifully decorated, with excellent facilities and a very comfortable bed. The Juliette balcony offered an atmospheric view of Plaza de la Reina.  The room was cleaned daily, which made us feel well looked after and kept on top of everything so that every time we returned it was like the first time. The rooftop bar (The Sky Bar) is a wonderful place to sit and reflect on the day.  Beautiful rooftop views over the city and of the cathedral, experienced from comfortable seating and illuminated by ambient lighting. The drinks and snacks were of great quality, and the service, again, was faultless.  In particular Andreas offered excellent customer service to guests on the rooftop; incredibly friendly and helpful, always making you feel valued and well looked after.  He took the time to have conversations and answer any questions we had about the city, language or culture.  Supportive of our desire to practice our basic Spanish, which we very much appreciated. The Valentia Cabillers made our first trip to Valencia unforgettable. We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city and will definitely return on our next trip.

The hotel is well located, nice, clean and stylish and the staff are friendly. I booked a Superior double room but was disappointed that it was a room on the second floor which had no window to the outside - it just looked out onto an internal shaft which made the room dark and depressing since I was staying for 7 nights. I was not aware of this when I booked the room online. I did complain at the time to the gentleman on the front desk (Carlos) but he said there were no other rooms available at the time but would try and change the room later but never did.
