“Conveniently located and well equipped”

The best

About 7-8 mins walk from nearest metro station. There were 3 double-bed rooms and 2 toilets, with a spacious sitting room and dining area. Kitchen and laundry facilities were well equipped. Ceiling fans were provided which make the rooms well ventilated.

To be improved

The apartment was on the ground floor facing the street. Windows shouldn't be opened for security, hence we must switch on the air-conditioner and full lights whenever we stay inside. There was once a short electricity failure of unknown reason.

“Easy entry on ground floor, clean, safe, looks as advertised. · Cons: Wish there had been extra blanket and pillow to use when in the living area. Stove took a little getting used to, primary bathroom was very small but had everything we needed.”

“Good place for short stays in Madrid”

Very modern and well renovated apartment. Good size with 3 bedrooms. Comfortable in general.

To be improved

The discribithion should have been clarified that the entrance of the apartment is through an independent glass door on the street.
