We informed the facility of our flight number and arrival time. We also mentioned that we wanted to check in at 3:00 PM. Despite this, at 1:00 PM, Conchita told me that she was already waiting at the facility and had come from a very far distance. I had just gotten off the plane. I told her I would come as soon as possible. Normally, I would have taken the metro, but to avoid keeping her waiting, I took an Uber instead. However, I had an issue with my luggage during my flight, which delayed me. When I arrived, she didn’t even say hello, and her attitude was terrible. She quickly took the deposit fee and didn’t even answer our questions. When I asked for her location, she didn’t share a live location, so I had to walk through the entire street trying to find the apartment. While I was trying to figure out where she was, she kept hanging up on me every time I called. It was a terrible experience.
