“Poorly maintained and overpriced uncomfortable apartment with an uncaring host”

The doors to bathroom and shower heads are falling apart. Host was informed No one came to repair it as indiciated. Door to master bedroom doesn’t close all the way. Electric sockets are broken in bathroom. Mattress are every uncomfortable. Only one of the 3 burners in the stove hob worked making cooking a very slow process. Sofa in living room dirty need deep cleaning. Host gave wrong video and wrong code for lock box for check in and we had to call on arrival after waiting 20 minutes we got in after I had to make international calls to host at $3 per minute. The apartment is in the ground floor to the front of the building so Two bedrooms are on the road front and with large windows so you hear every single thing at night and it’s very noisy and my cousins are girls and they felt uncomfortable. Be aware of this. Very noisy street at night with prostituted and druggies. Unresponsive host prior to check in wanted to add an additional night and it took multiple emails and texts over a few days to get a response

“LOUD location. Apartment needs upkeep. Overpriced.”

The location is actually very good, the apartment is clean and the beds comfortable.

To be improved

2 of the rooms face the street and it is impossible to sleep due to the high amount of loud party goers that pass by during the night. The building where the apartment is is a bit sketchy, the apartment feels a bit claustrophobic as the living room is in the middle of the 3 rooms, and it definitely needs some upkeep as the cabin door in one of the showers was hanging from just one wheel and could not be used, and also a closet door was down. Unless they install soundproof glass on the windows facing the street, I am not sure who'd like to stay here if they intend to rest.

The roll curtain won’t work in 1 room that is in front of the toilet, and all room doors are hard to closed.
