The location was awesome. Near the stores and a lot of restaurants.

To be improved

Our room had roaches in the bathroom. That’s very nasty and it was the day we arrived. We seen roaches everyday for 3 nights. For the price we shouldn’t been in a room with roaches.

The best

Breakfast and dinner were excellent with a buffet style layout but also with chefs on hand to cook certain foods in front of you. This hotel is excellent and I highly recommend it. All staff were very friendly and nice but special shoutout to David the chef with his humor and to Dominika for teaching me to Salsa - Please give them both a raise. The Animation/Activity team were the highlight of the trip for me, made the holiday with all their games/activities/entertainment especially the water sports!
