Strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom that fill the whole apartment for many days. We had all doors and windows open but still the smell was extremely bad. Contacted host and was told that our issue was not important and just go to the beach. Problem was fixed after six days. Then water was disconnected for a whole day. Worst experience ever and booking .com customer service are so slow dealing with my complaint. Then because I made complaint the host accuse me of stealing a hairdryer.

The best

Perfect location, right on the La Carihuela promenade. 10 mins walk right and you are in the centre of the marina, 10 mins walk left and you are in the centre of La Carihuela. The beds were comfortable, apartment was clean, spacious and had a great pool and garden.

To be improved

Only negative would be no aircon when we visited August 2024, but I knew that before travelling. I know the owner is in the process of getting that installed, which will make this apartment 1 of the best in the area.
