Everything was great! The apartment was very nice and very clean.

To be improved

Something minor, but we asked in advance for an early check in and didn’t receive a message about it until the same day as our check in, by which point we had already rearranged our plans so we would arrive at the check in time.

It’s a new apartment and all furnitures and appliances are in good quality. Kitchen is well equipped. Spacious and good location.

To be improved

There are bed bugs. We got bite multiple times and suffered a lot. We found dead bed bugs from the fresh towel the cleaning lady left on the bed, so we are sure it’s not us who brought them from train. We suffered a lot from the bites The customer service person Loreley is also very rude on the first day and ruined our day. We arrived earlier than the check in time to drop our luggage. A cleaning lady opened the door for us and let us in the wrong apartment, which belongs to another host. The intended guests for the wrong apartment later arrived and as you can imagine, it was a very chaotic and stressful scene. Upon hearing the news, Loreley immediately blamed us for not following instructions and asked us to leave the property without proper instruction as to what to do next. She also didn’t pick up the phone when we called multiple times. We had just arrived from an overnight transatlantic flight, exhausted and never the rest we planned. Note this apartment is on the third floor by Asia/US standard, but second floor in Europe. That’s where the confusion is, and there’s no floor number on any of the doors - all the doors looked the same.
