The communication with the host. It was a little complicated with the 3 sets of doors to get the keys but the videos the host had prepared and detailed instructions provided helped a lot.

Right next to the Gibraltar border, a good location. Owner quick answer, clear instructions on how to get inside.

To be improved

Cleanliness... :/ Everything in the kitchen was sticky with grease, we had to clean it first — unless you're not planning to cook, then maybe it doesn't matter. As for the bedding, it's questionable whether it's washed — luckily, we had our own. You can clearly hear the neighbors talking through the wall, and the elevator is constantly audible.
