The location was amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable

To be improved

The kitchen was missing some basics such as scissors and oven mitts. The bathroom was extremely small. The entrance was about 160cm high and to use the toilet you have to sit sideways.

“Location with potential”

The location is great. Close to the metro and train stations. Lots of restaurants and attractions all within walking distance.

To be improved

The bathroom is accessible via 3 steps and is so small (no smaller) you have to squeeze past the toilet to the shower and when you go to use the toilet you almost have to sit sideways on the toilet. The bed up against the wall and if you are sharing the bed, someone has to climb over the other person if on inside. And the mattress is on its last legs as you can feel the springs coming through after a couple of hours. They have a smartphone dependant app to open the front door which has a few bugs to be worked out as during our stay we were locked out on 2 seperate days and had to contact them for assistance. Unnecessary frustration you don't need when traveling.

To be improved

The bathroom is too small for a medium-large person. You risk bumping your head every time you leave the bathroom. The towel supply was insufficient for 4 overnight stays. Breakfast not included.
