Lovely old and very large room. One of the best restaurants in town below

To be improved

A bit of street noise but that’s only to be expected given the location. Limited but adequate kitchen facilities (no washing facilities if you’re there for a while!)

Lovely room in old house. Kitchen Wine and fruit in room

Expensive compared to other options Overlooked rooms across street so kept blinds down Bed had no power sockets by either side of the bed Restaurant which is excellent was shut on both nights we stayed. No staff on site

It was really special and nice. Only thing to keep in mind, is all the walls and floors are really "thin" and everybody can hear everything that is going on in others peoples rooms ;)

“Lovely place and helpful staff but not a place to relax in”

Great location and very authentic with lots of character. The staff were very helpful and tried to sort out the problems with the accommodation.

To be improved

There was no where to relax and sit in the room . As it was a really old building and wooden floors it had no soundproofing and we could hear the the restaurant below, and every noise in the rooms above and next to us. Even could hear them making a cup of coffee or using the microwave. The bed was uncomfortable but the management were great and changed the mattress. We were given a chair halfway through our stay so one of us could sit comfortably and we appreciated that.

A beautiful suite with excellent facilities. We had a small kitchen, well equipped to have breakfast every morning.

To be improved

Although a kitchenette in the room would have loved breakfast in the restaurant downstairs.
