Cool bar area, and couches to hang out on. · Cons: When I was checking in the front desk woman (wearing an in training badge) was chatting with a friend who was there. She wasn't interested in answering my questions about the facilities and surrounding area. Another Front desk employee saw the interaction and took over checking me in. It was not a good start to the stay.”

“room was smaller than images suggested”
To be improved

Staff were not very accommodating. After waiting 30 mins in line to check in, we realised we didnt have our passports with us and had 2 small children that were exhausted from the travelling. I asked if picture would be ok until I could run and get them as I left them at a friends hotel for safe keeping since we arrived before check in time. They refused and I had to run while I left my wife and kids (crying in the lobby) to get them and come back and wait in queue.
