Initially on day one, it all look fine and I even extended for two more nights. Next day I encountered only useless, clueless, untrained, uneducated, rude employees. Dirty, I found used tea bag’s under the mattress which only means someone drank and dropped the teabag on the bed but their cleaning is so poor, they didn’t removed the teabag leftovers, nasty! They all seemed and behaved very miserable for whatever reason, from the one who seemed to be the manager to the cleaning staff. Toc Sevilla and Toc Malaga were great that’s why I booked this one in Granada but Toc Granada is below average in every possible way.

The best

Very stylish, clean and centrically located. Friendly staff and great facilites to work/eat/relax. Flexibility with the check in time was very much appreciated.

To be improved

Leaving luggage in the storage room after the check out is a paid service.

The best

New and Morden design. Facilities is very new. With lift. Air conditioner is very very strong. Bathroom and shower is separated. Very close to the cathedral

To be improved

After check out you have to pay 3 euro for storage. Room is quite small

“The room was spacious and very clean! The location was close to everything (attractions, cafes, restaurants, shops..) and I didn‘t need to take public transport. It is also close to the train station (15 min walk) · Cons: Nothing!”
