“A lovely stay in Portals, nice modern hotel and friendly staff.”

We had a lovely stay here, the hotel was very clean and bedroom huge! It’s an easy walk down to the harbour with great restaurants available. The pool area was great and the staff were very accommodating for my partner’s coeliac, going out to buy him gluten free beers for the bar! Would recommend!

To be improved

The walls were a little thin so you could hear other guests some evenings, also the sunbeds get reserved really quickly so you have to be up early to get ones in the sun!

“Central to Palma and Port d’Andraxt Staff at reception were friendly and helpful Clean · Cons: We could hear the rooftop bar from our room The rooms were not sound proof Food Pool and sun loungers were too crowded Aircon was weak Bad smell in the fridge and cleaning materials Some areas of the hotel was dated, eg the lifts Bad WiFi Couldn’t change your pool towel in the day and couldn’t hand it back at the end of the day”

The best

Good quality room and bathroom. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good choice of quality food

To be improved

The bar area was under used, thought there might be some music etc to get more people to use it, most guests went straight out from the lifts, seemed a shame as the décor and bar staff were great?
