Staff did not provide any information on area or facilities or anything. Meant to have a restaurant but was not open. Only pizza which was burnt available in bar. Requested extra towels and extra pillows but they were not given. No shop near by to buy essentials. A welcome pack on arrival would be a nice touch. Having same towels for a week is not good enough. Baby pool closed. Apparently there was a games room which I never found and playground in very poor. There is tennis court but there was a charge of 12 euro to use it.

1- They’re check in and check out policy is abusive. Check in is between 5 and 8pm and check out is between 8am and 10am. Given that we are in Spain, asking someone to leave the room before 10am is almost cruel. We were on holidays with children and had to beg them to give us at least 1 hour extra. They played hard as if we were asking for the moon. 2- The rate we got on booking was 12euros more expensive than the one they were advertised in their website. 3- Concrete everywhere. That’s the feeling we got. There are very few green areas in the property and so you end up feeling like you were out in a car park, literally.
