Both Andrea & Sonia were fantastic. Andrea greeted us when we arrived & showed us around apartment. She was so helpful & kind. Sonia helped us at the end of our stay. She was also incredibly kind. I would just make 2 suggestions. One would be that a full length mirror would be handy. Secondly, it's probably not possible but maybe a parasol on the balcony?? We loved sitting out there in the evening but too warm during day.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely perfect – we didn’t want to leave! We had the most amazing stay at Lanzamar Ocean View Apartment 306 in Puerto del Carmen. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated in a fresh, modern, and minimalistic style, with plenty of comfortable seating and a lovely dining area. It felt like a true home-from-home. Waking up to the breathtaking ocean view every morning was nothing short of magical. The bed was super comfy, and the air-conditioning was a lifesaver, especially after a warm day exploring. Having a washing machine was also a big bonus – I’m going home with a suitcase full of clean clothes, which makes me very happy! The location is absolutely perfect – just a 3-minute walk up the back to the Biosfera Shopping Centre, 3 minutes down to Soco with a huge Mercadona supermarket, and only 5–10 minutes to the main strip with its bars, restaurants, and beautiful beach. A short 10-minute stroll to the right takes you to the charming Old Town. Everything is within easy reach, yet the apartment complex itself is peaceful and quiet. The pool area was lovely and clean, with plenty of sun loungers – no early morning “bed wars” here! The complex was quiet, tidy, and all other guests and residents were respectful. Andrea, the host, was incredible – so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout. She organised a free private airport transfer on arrival (a really thoughtful touch), left us welcome gifts, and even returned before we left with more departing gifts. Her communication before, during, and after the stay was outstanding. I honestly can’t recommend this apartment highly enough. It’s a peaceful, stylish, and perfectly located gem – we will definitely be returning. Thank you, Andrea, for making our holiday so special!

Everything was perfect, great location and set up. Within a stones throw of the beach and lovely and peaceful.
