“Lack of care and attention by the very rude Host”

The apartment was extremely cold we were freezing

To be improved

I didn't like the host rude arrogant behaviour leving us in totally in limbo. He was not interested yo explain jow the wi-fi work .....there was no fire safety procedure Only instruction that we have to leave the apartment pristine clan especially the kitchen threatening us with high charges. During our stay there was no cleaner We had 2 very flimsy towels. For the whole stay. In the bathroom the curtain was so mouldy that we found on it nests of mosquitos took out and left outside on balcony.. in the bedroom there was a shelf hanging In precarious fashion the was a lamp with glass lampshade the shelf collapsed by it's smashed glass Injured my husband blood purring from his head. There was no instruction what to do on case of accident!? I contacted the host he was not interested.. the only help we got ot was next door neighbour who help us to repair the shelf and advised that the dangerous due to lack of maintenance The apartment appears to be ok but lacking of health and Safety procedures The apartment was
