What a fantastic stay 🥰! Apartment is exceptionally clean and comfortable, the view of mountains and sea is stunning, and Anna ( the owner) is simply the gem.

Best of all is the location. Could not be better. Very close to marina and also very close to Cortes Ingles for groceries and for everything else. Lovely view from the long balcony. Living room area was relatively newly refurbished. Plenty of towels available Ana, the manager was lovely and helpful and even brought a new water kettle as the one in the apartment needed thorough cleaning. Washing Maschine and dishwasher worked well. There is an elevator and we were on the seventh floor. The appartment building has 24/7 concierge service. Swimming pool area on the first floor is large with sun loungers but due to the water shortage the pool could not be used.

To be improved

First of all the kitchen. Truly old!! Cupboard difficult to close, the freezer opened when I closed the refrigerator door and my ice cream melted. The stove is very old and the oven itself I refrained from using. If you want to really cook the appartment is not a good choice. It is in real need of renovation in the kitchen. Other than this it’s ok-ish. Bathrooms are also old but clean and the beds were fine to sleep on. And the walls need a new paint. It’s a shame as the location is sooooo good. Also, there was some noise during the night from mostly young people but it is to be expected.

The location and the views of the sea and the mountains are breathtaking. Clean and comfortable bed. Anna is a super lady, very helpful and takes care of everything we need.
