The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Very clean and had all the amenities. The hostess was excellent she always got back to me right away. I would definitely recommend. The apartment was close to the cathedral and all tourist attractions

The location of the apartment was very central and convenient in the old town with access to lots of shops, restaurants and sites. The building is very nice, clean and airy.

To be improved

Wifi did not work well, in fact it only worked in the living room and in none do the bedrooms.

Only small niggle wardrobe doors came off track every time they were moved and the instructions to retrieve the key on arrival are a bit confusing. We spent 25 minutes walking up and down the road before we spotted a key box on a different property. Not ideal in a rain storm 😂😂

Good location, reasonably well-appointed, and spacious.

The air conditioner was faulty in one half of the apartment, which was reported. There was no hot running water in the kitchen for washing dishes, and no tea towel, paper towels or napkins were provided, despite a request to the host. The host was pushy about documentation, which was annoying, and she let herself into the apartment while we were out on the first day. Communication was poor, and the arrival instructions were complicated and not smooth. We also felt pressured to leave on the last day as the host informed us the cleaner was on their way. This property was unprofessionally managed compared to all our other experiences in both Spain and Portugal. Additionally, we endured noisy neighbours until 5am on one morning. though I understand this is something the host may not be able to easily control.
