They charge a lot money but they are not give facilities like spa massage should be included but they charge a lot money also every day same breakfast provided no any change I was fed up had same breakfast every day

“Location is well placed. Far enough away from the main city center but easily accessible to it by train. · Cons: When we checked into our room there was a problem with the bathroom sink. When you opened the faucet the water would spew out of the pipe and into one of the sink drawers and floors. It wasn’t a small leak it was very much a large one. I called the front desk and was told someone would be right up to fix it. We waited for 40 mins before going down to the front desk to speak with someone. I went down a further 3 times and was met with the same answer “we will send someone up right away”. I even took video of the leak and showed it to staff multiple times. On the fourth round I was extremely frustrated and requested both a new room and to speak with a manager. Suddenly there was movement to address the issue. It should never take 3 hours to address an issue such as this one. We were moved to a new room, but it was not the same type we had originally. I will say staff was accommodating in once again moving our room. It was an incredibly frustrating start to our visit in Barcelona and unfortunately left a sour taste on the trip as a whole. Once again, it should never take 3 hours and repeated guest trips to the front desk to resolve a leaking sink issue.”
