“COCKROACHES STAY CLEAR!”

Nothing due to giant cockroaches. We had to leave and book different accommodation.

To be improved

There was a cockroach infestation, it was very traumatic for the whole group, they were everywhere coming from the laundry room. They ended up in our luggage and clothes. See pictures below.

“The location was excellent, apartment 6-4. Good facilities, good size open balcony. · Cons: The downside was the noise from the bars opposite, this didn't bother us too much, but could be a problem for other families etc. Also, could do with aircon in the bedrooms, only has it in the lounge area.”

“Apartment not up to standard for renting.”

We have stayed before and this was the reason we rebooked. Last time we had no issues with the apartment.

To be improved

Boiler was leaking and struggles with hot water, most showers were cold. Front room main light did not work meaning we had to sit in dark and couldn’t bring food home and have night in. Main bathroom shower head holder was loose and would not hold the shower head in place. We did send messages to the office following the instructions given. Initial reply was ‘Do you want someone to come out and fix’, after I replied yes, there was no further reply from the company despite the message being read.
