“Pros: - Good location - Easy to locate and access - Has what you need in the kitchen - Good TV · Cons: Cons: - Not clean: very dusty, shower wasn't clean, plates had water (??), bedsheets had hair and crumbs, finger marks were found in various places - Constant leak in the bathroom coming from... Somewhere. Be careful, you'll step in a puddle - Bathroom has an awful smell to it - You can hear your upstairs (yes, upstairs) neighbors talking even if they're speaking at a normal volume.”
