The best

Outside terrace lovely and big and sun in morning. Someone came daily to clean communal areas. Close to train station (5 minutes walk). Washing machine with powder to use. Excellent communication and lovely host.

To be improved

Room much smaller than anticipated from pics, although heard cleaner daily the room wasn't that clean (floors not very clean, lot's of dust and rubbish behind bedside cabinet (moved to access socket), cigarette butt's under lounger and in ashtray terrace), toilet smelled of urine. Only able to use washing machine after 4pm. Bed too hard causing hip/back pain.

The property is well-located, close to Malaga airport. Parking was easy and convenient. There are shops and bars available in the area.

To be improved

Room number "2" is very poorly soundproofed and located right next to the bathroom. You can clearly hear noises from other guests, especially when they use the bathroom. The sound of doors opening and closing made the noise even worse. When new guests were checking in, it was impossible to sleep and rest.
