Check in process was a bit confusing. Got the key code right at 3 pm when I was already there waiting. Location is AMAZING! Staff was pretty responsive.

Centrally located in Madrid. Lots to do and see within wallikng distance.

To be improved

Lift only goes to 4th floor. Not hteat access up the last 2 floors of stairs Had to wait on access instructions despite having notified arrival time of 2-3pm
