“Pleasantly surprised”

The best

The apartment and building was clean. Facilities were ample and Pool was nice. Really good location for beach, strip and upper side. I would stay again.

To be improved

It would benefit from some kind of air con. Sunbeds or chairs round the pool would have been nice. Could be a little noisy on the street(building itself was not noisy at all) but this may have been because we had to leave doors open for coolness.

Key collection was an issue. We were delayed on the flight but everywhere went was closed. We slept on the beach the first night

“Excellent value for money,definitely would use again”

The apartment was nice,very clean. A little dated but perfect location,a five minute walk to the beach. A lovely pub restaurant just minutes walk where we would have breakfast every morning, they serve food all day. Swimming pool was small but not many people used it, we did on a few days and had fun,outdoor showers and toilets were located at the pool. 2 lifts which were working :) very clean building, no noisy family’s ,just peaceful. Our apartment had everything we needed,microwave,large fridge,hob and iron. Shower was powerful and always had hot water

To be improved

Much of Benidorm is up hill, it’s a 5 minute walk uphill which was a killer

Really run down, mould in the bathroom, bedding only changed every 11 days, no doors on the wardrobes, bedroom door wouldn’t close as the bed was in the way, bedding smelt damp, stains like blood & urine on the sofa, kitchen area really dirty
